RETURNS
Due to the fact that our giclées are custom-printed (not in inventory), dated, numbered and signed by the artist, they are all final sale and may not be returned. If a defect in materials is evident, the item may be exchanged for one identical item.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR PURCHASE BACK before contacting the Artist first.

CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you change your mind immediately after placing an order, we will try to cancel the order for you – if possible. Due to our quick turnaround, most orders cannot be cancelled. We strive for your complete satisfaction, but please understand that once an order is placed it is basically final.

EXCHANGES
We only consider items for replacement if they are defective in regards to the materials used. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us a message here for approval and to receive further shipping instructions.

When exchanging defective or damaged goods, you need to notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may also ask for a photo of the damaged product for our records. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

SHIPPING
Before sending your product back to us, you should first contact us here for approval. Upon approval, we’ll be happy to follow up with shipping instructions.

Depending on where you live, and considering the process required to produce a replacement, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Typically, you will receive a replacement item within 7 to 10 business days from when we notify you that we have received your returned item.

As we will require the defective piece to be returned in order to complete an exchange, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as, unfortunately, it is not in our power to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If your exchange is approved, we can refund you the original shipping fee.
